Form reliability monitoring for WordPress care teams

Know when a client form stops working.

FormRook checks real submission paths and gives your agency clear, redacted evidence—so you can investigate problems before missed leads become client complaints.

Built for authorized checks on forms you or your clients control.

The reliability gap

The page can be up while the lead path is down.

A contact page may return 200 OK while validation, JavaScript, submission, or delivery quietly fails. Manual checks cover only the forms someone remembers to test.

01

Silent failures happen

A healthy page says little about the controls, request, confirmation, or configured delivery path.

02

Manual checks do not scale

Every client site, plugin update, and campaign adds another lead path for your care team to remember.

03

Green dots need context

A useful result explains what happened, where verification stopped, and what your team should do next.

How it works

Check the journey, not just the page.

FormRook follows the visible path a visitor takes and reports only what its evidence supports.

  1. 1

    Find the intended form

Identify the form and the controls a visitor needs to complete.

  2. 2

    Submit synthetic data

Exercise the authorized path in a real browser with clearly marked test values.

  3. 3

    Evaluate the outcome

Inspect validation, browser behavior, network activity, visible confirmation, and configured delivery evidence.

  4. 4

    Share a clear result

Review findings, remediation, verification limits, and redacted supporting evidence.

WordPress first

Built and tested for popular WordPress form tools.

Our controlled test lab covers common form families and difficult browser behavior. Compatibility still depends on each site's configuration.

Evidence you can use

A result your team can act on.

Each completed check identifies the outcome, findings, last confirmed step, and recommended next action. If a CAPTCHA, timeout, unsupported control, or unavailable dependency blocks safe verification, FormRook says so.

Clear findings

Stable labels separate observed behavior from interpretation.

Next actions

Focused remediation helps the right person start investigating.

Honest boundaries

Uncertainty is reported as incomplete verification, not a false pass or failure.

Client-safe evidence

Redacted artifacts support the result without exposing submitted values.

Questions, answered

What care teams ask us.

How is this different from uptime monitoring?

Uptime confirms that a URL responds. FormRook is designed to exercise the form journey, observe what happened, and identify where verification stopped.

Will test submissions pollute client systems?

Production onboarding must define safe routing, tagging, cleanup, and cadence for each authorized form. Synthetic test data is clearly labeled, but operational impact still needs configuration.

Can FormRook bypass CAPTCHA?

No. FormRook does not bypass human challenges. When one blocks safe automation, the result records an incomplete verification boundary.

Does a successful check prove inbox delivery?

Only when the configured integration provides correlated delivery evidence. A visible success message and confirmed delivery are reported as different levels of evidence.

When will scheduled monitoring be available?

Scheduling, notifications, portfolio dashboards, and hosted plans are planned for the production service. Join early access for development updates and beta availability.
