What we collect
We collect the email address, consent choice, and optional name, agency, role, portfolio range, and interest you submit. We also retain minimal security and delivery records needed to prevent abuse and operate the service.
Why we use it
We use this information to confirm your request, send the FormRook updates you selected, manage early-access participation, measure aggregate site performance, and protect the service.
Processors and sharing
Brevo processes prelaunch email delivery and DigitalOcean hosts the application and encrypted backups. We do not sell personal information or share it for third-party advertising.
Retention and choices
Unconfirmed access codes expire after 20 minutes. You can request a copy, unsubscribe, or delete your early-access record from the early-access page. Encrypted backups expire within 35 days and deletion suppression retains only a nonreversible keyed hash.
